I tried to download https://videos.arte.tv/de/videos/marx_reloaded-3817744.html and got the french audio track, although I had set "German" as the language in "configuration". Apart from that, it worked fine, thank you :)

Works fine, great job! But I can confirm that the downloaded flv has only the french audio track. Since my french is not sufficient, it would be nice to have also the German one.
The download for URLs (.html) doesn't do anything, am I doing something wrong?

works very good with german audio, but how can i record with german subtitle? (always recorded fr, see "Donizetti: Anna Bolena")
change to 'allemand' has no effect, seems to be the same url.
